Modern rugs
Geometric lines and contemporary colours for modern lounges and open-plan living rooms.
We supply and fit wall-to-wall carpet and offer ready-made or made-to-measure rugs. We visit you free of charge in Riyadh, measure the space and recommend the right material and colour.

Carpet covers the floor from wall to wall and is fixed in place, giving a room a uniform look, warmth underfoot and better sound control. A rug is a separate piece you can move or swap, ideal when you want a decorative layer over marble, porcelain or parquet.
At Tiraz Najd we supply both, so you never have to compare two shops. We start with how you actually use the space: do you want full coverage in a majlis, bedroom or office, or a statement piece that defines the seating area? Then we show the right samples. If the room sees spills or heavy cleaning, vinyl flooring or parquet may suit it better, and we will say so.

Square carpet tiles are the usual choice for offices, meeting rooms and training halls. Each tile is laid individually, so if one is stained or damaged you replace that tile instead of the whole floor — a real saving over the years.
Colours range from calm greys and blues to graduated designs, and the tiles can be laid in a chessboard, monolithic or mixed-colour pattern to mark routes through the floor. The surface also softens footfall noise in open-plan spaces and works well with raised floors that hide network and power cabling.
For larger fit-outs such as headquarters and schools, see how we work on project solutions.

A single roll covers a large area with fewer seams, which keeps the room visually calm. It is the best fit for big majlis, bedrooms and family lounges that want warmth and a soft feel, especially with an underlay that adds cushioning and reduces noise.
Types differ in pile height, density and fibre: a short dense pile resists traffic and is easier to clean, while a longer pile feels softer for rooms where people walk barefoot. In Riyadh, where dust storms are a fact of life, mid-tone colours and light patterns hide dust far better than plain pale shades.

Stairs are among the most exacting carpet jobs. Every tread is measured on its own and stretched tight so nothing twists or sags with use. We fit stair carpet over the full tread or as a centre runner with a decorative border that leaves both sides of the step visible.
For busy corridors and entrances we recommend dense-pile carpet in slightly deeper shades; it takes repeated footfall and keeps its look. At doorways and thresholds we cut the ends precisely so the floor finishes in a clean line.

A well-chosen rug defines the seating area and ties furniture and colours together. These are the main styles we offer to clients across Riyadh.

Heritage patterns and rich borders that give a majlis the formal presence hospitality deserves.

We set the dimensions, shape and edge finish to suit your room and furniture, then prepare the piece precisely.

A wide spread of colours and ornament so you can match your furniture and lighting.
Before falling for a pattern, ask how many people walk across this floor each day. A master bedroom is nothing like an office corridor or a majlis that receives guests constantly. The heavier the use, the shorter and denser the pile and the tougher the fibre you should choose; quiet rooms can take a softer, longer pile.
Carpet yarn is usually nylon, polypropylene, polyester, wool or a blend. Nylon bounces back well, polypropylene is economical and stain-resistant, and wool feels premium but costs more and needs more care. The backing decides how stable the carpet is and how well it takes stretching during installation, so we show you samples from both sides.
Underlay adds softness, dampens echo and prolongs carpet life because it absorbs part of the pressure. In majlis and bedrooms it is well worth it. In offices with wheeled chairs we prefer systems designed for that use so tiles do not shift.
Floor area alone is not enough: patterns that need matching, room corners and door openings use extra material. Use the calculator below for an estimate; we confirm the quantity with you during the free inspection before anything is ordered.
| Type | Best for | Main strength | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carpet tiles | Offices, meeting rooms, schools | Replace one damaged tile; quick to lay | Needs a level floor first |
| Roll carpet | Majlis, bedrooms, lounges | Continuous look with fewer seams and a warm feel | Dust needs regular vacuuming |
| Stair & corridor carpet | Stairs, entrances, corridors | Handles heavy traffic with tidy finishes | Each tread must be measured and fixed precisely |
| Rugs (ready or custom) | Lounges, majlis, sitting areas | Movable, swappable, defines a zone | Size must suit the furniture layout |
These are general guidelines; we confirm the final choice after seeing your space and real material samples.

It can be, with the right choice. A short dense pile and mid-tone colours reduce how much dust shows, and regular vacuuming plus occasional deep cleaning keeps the look. For rooms with heavy spills or small children, vinyl flooring may be easier.
