Developers and contractors
We work to the main contractor’s programme and coordinate with electrical and painting trades so finished floors aren’t damaged.
We supply and fit carpet tiles, vinyl, parquet, artificial grass and mosque carpet for businesses, contractors and institutions across Riyadh. Every project starts with a free site survey, followed by a clear bill of quantities and phased installation.

An office wants quiet, a hotel wants atmosphere, a clinic wants hygiene, a school wants toughness and a showroom wants to impress.
Modular carpet tiles are the default for open-plan offices: they lift easily over raised access floors and a damaged tile can be swapped on its own. Boardrooms and executive suites often get a richer broadloom or wood-look vinyl for contrast.

Hospitality floors have to look luxurious while coping with luggage trolleys and housekeeping carts. Patterned broadloom hides wear in corridors, calmer tones suit guest rooms, and everything is coordinated with the interior designer’s scheme.

Clinics need floors that are easy to disinfect with as few joints as possible, so sheet vinyl with heat-welded seams is a frequent specification. Schools balance durability, safety and budget — vinyl in classrooms and corridors, carpet in libraries and lecture halls where acoustics matter.

In retail the floor is part of the first impression, so we often propose wood- or stone-look vinyl that copes with footfall, or brand-coloured carpet for feature zones. Organisations looking after several mosques can standardise one specification and carpet them in batches.

Commercial work is its own discipline: a consultant approves materials, a main contractor has a programme to hit, and occupants may still be in the building. Our commercial flooring supply and installation in Riyadh is built for that — documented measurements, samples for approval, itemised quotations and fitting that slots into the site programme.
Under one contract we can handle office carpet and carpet tiles, vinyl flooring for clinics and schools, parquet and laminate for receptions and executive floors, and artificial grass for roofs and courtyards.

A free visit anywhere in Riyadh to check drawings against reality and note floor condition, obstacles and delivery access.
Numbered samples and data sheets go to the client or consultant for sign-off before anything is ordered.
An itemised quotation by area, with quantities, waste allowance, inclusions and exclusions spelled out.
Floors are prepared, then installed in agreed phases — during working hours or after them.
A snagging walk-round, labelled spare material and written care instructions for the facilities team.

High-traffic areas call for a commercial-grade product. Final recommendations follow the site visit and the consultant’s requirements.
A clear quotation saves arguments later. We break it down by zone or floor, listing the material, colour code and measured area for each line, with waste shown separately so the consultant can see net area versus order quantity.
We don’t publish standard prices, because every project depends on material, area and floor condition. Send your drawings on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will start the take-off.
Half the quality of a finished floor is decided before the first metre goes down. We check flatness with a long straightedge and fill dips and high spots with a suitable levelling compound, since any undulation telegraphs through vinyl and carpet over time.
On new concrete we test moisture before using any adhesive; trapped moisture can lift vinyl or break the bond. If a slab isn’t ready, we tell the main contractor in writing rather than fitting over an unsuitable base.
Many buildings stay occupied during a refit. We divide the floor into small zones handed back one by one, work evenings or weekends when needed, and protect newly laid areas until other trades have finished.
At completion we walk every area with the client’s representative and close out the snag list. Leftover material from the same batch is labelled for future repairs, and each floor type comes with written cleaning instructions.
We work to the main contractor’s programme and coordinate with electrical and painting trades so finished floors aren’t damaged.
We turn a design concept into an available product and suggest close alternatives when needed, without losing the intent.
We handle maintenance call-outs and partial replacements, and keep the specification of what was installed on file.
A reference specification for every branch, with attention to production batches so colours match as closely as possible.
Nothing should be ordered before a sample is approved. We prepare a sample board for each zone with colour codes and range names, and leave it with the consultant or designer to check against wall finishes and furniture under site lighting.
Where it helps, we lay a small mock-up area on site — the best way to agree tile direction or plank pattern before rolling it out across the floor.

The project is split into zones, each with material, colour code, net area and waste allowance, plus accessories such as skirting and transition profiles and the preparation and installation items. Exclusions are listed clearly so the consultant can compare quotations like for like.
Yes, by prior arrangement — especially for offices, shops and clinics that can’t close. We agree which zones are done in each shift and arrange furniture moves and protection with building management, so staff or customers return to a clean, usable space.
We check flatness and moisture before fitting. Minor dips and high spots are corrected with levelling compound; bigger slab problems or high moisture readings are reported to the main contractor in writing, because laying over an unready floor causes defects that show after handover.
Yes. We draw up a reference specification covering material, colour code and installation method for each type of space, then apply it to every new branch. Production batches can vary slightly in colour, so we check a sample before each order to keep the match as close as possible.
Yes — numbered samples with the available data sheet for each material, and a small on-site mock-up where useful. Quantities are only ordered after written approval from the client or consultant, so what arrives on site is exactly what was signed off.
We walk the site with the client’s representative, record any snags and close them out, then hand over labelled leftover material for future repairs. Your facilities team receives written care instructions for each floor type, and you can call us later for partial replacements.
Yes, and that is a big advantage of a single supplier. A project might combine carpet tiles in offices, vinyl in corridors, parquet in reception and artificial grass on the roof. We coordinate the transitions and floor levels between materials so the finished space reads as one, without lips or gaps.
