Flooring and rugs near me
A free visit in your Riyadh district with samples and measuring.
We visit clients all over north Riyadh — villas with big majlis rooms, apartments, compounds, offices and rest houses. We measure on site, help you choose, then supply and fit with our own team. The visit is free.

North Riyadh is not one neighbourhood but a band of growing residential districts with a real mix of property: family villas with separate majlis rooms (the formal guest rooms), internal staircases and roof terraces; apartment blocks; residential compounds; offices, clinics and shops along the commercial roads; and rest houses (istirahas) towards the edges.
Each needs something different, so we never recommend a floor before seeing the space. We visit clients in Al Malqa, Al Narjis, Hittin, Al Yasmin, Al Sahafa and the rest of the north, measure, advise, then supply and fit. Other parts of the city are listed on our service areas page.

Many villas in the north have a staircase the whole family uses all day, so it needs a hard-wearing material and secure fixing at every nosing. Our stair carpet page compares runners with full cover.
Roofs, meanwhile, have become evening seating areas for many families. Before artificial grass goes down, the waterproofing and drainage outlets need checking — see rooftop artificial grass for the details.

Material, quantity and fitting itemised — the decision is yours.
Yes — we visit clients right across the north, including Al Malqa, Al Narjis, Hittin, Al Yasmin and Al Sahafa. Just tell us your district when you get in touch and we will book a suitable time. If you are on the edge of the city, ask by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can arrange.
We do not advertise a branch in any particular district — instead, we come to you. Samples are brought to your home or office at the free site visit, which is usually the better way to choose: you see colour and texture in your own light, next to your own furniture.
Yes, and we recommend it. We measure the majlis, staircase, roof and garden on one visit, suggest a suitable material for each, and send a single itemised quote. Planning it together also makes it easier to schedule the fitting days without unnecessary return visits.
Yes. We work with owners and property managers refreshing several units, measuring each one and suggesting practical floors that cope with tenant turnover, then phasing the work around vacant units. Larger jobs are covered on our project solutions page.
The material, the measured area, the state of the existing floor, and details such as stairs, skirting and removing old flooring. We do not give figures before seeing the space, but photos and rough sizes help us suggest the right options early.
Yes, rest houses are a regular job for us — outdoor seating, yards and small pitches. Groundwork differs between soil, paving and concrete, so we look at the site first. Pile heights and options are compared on our artificial grass page.
Send your district and a few photos — we will bring samples and measure everything in one visit.
