Flooring and rugs near me
A free visit in your Riyadh district with samples and measuring.
We visit clients in Al Malqa to update the floors of villas and apartments without turning the household upside down. We measure every room, suggest what suits a modern finish, then supply and fit. Free visit, written quote.

Like much of north Riyadh, Al Malqa is a residential district of villas, apartments and compounds, mostly with contemporary finishes. Families still outgrow their floors: a majlis that needs a bigger rug, a playroom turned home office, or carpet that clashes with freshly painted walls.
That is where we come in. We visit clients in Al Malqa, listen to what you want to change, measure, then supply and fit. Nearby? See our Hittin and Al Yasmin pages, the wider north Riyadh page, or every district on service areas.
We then suggest two or three options per room and explain how they differ in feel, sound, upkeep and installation. The decision stays with you, once you have seen the samples lying on your actual floor.
The majlis is the face of the house. Most requests are for a large rug sized to the seating, or a calm wall-to-wall carpet. A refresh here is often a change of character — from heavy classic to a simpler pattern, or the other way round.

Stairs show wear first. A runner lets marble show at the sides; full cover softens footsteps. Either way, every nosing needs a firm fixing.

The choice here is usually the warmth of carpet versus the look of wood. Parquet gives a contemporary feel, while SPC planks can often go straight over sound existing tiles with no demolition.

Artificial grass turns a roof or small courtyard into a green family space all year, with no watering or mowing. We check drainage and the base before laying.

A question we hear in many tiled Al Malqa homes. It depends on the tiles and on the new floor — we settle it at the site visit.
Finish paint and plaster first so nothing drips on the new floor.
Any cabling or floor outlets are done beforehand.
We measure once the walls are complete, for accurate figures.
Floor first, then skirting and door transition strips.
Offcuts cleared; furniture returns on protective pads.
Beyond private homes, we also serve prayer rooms, offices and apartment buildings being refreshed by their owners.
Yes — many clients start with a single room, often the majlis or main bedroom. We then take care over the transition to the old floor at the doorway and choose a shade that sits well with the neighbouring rooms, so the new floor does not look like an island.
It depends on the job. Fitting carpet or click planks over a sound floor is fairly quiet; lifting tiles or old flooring is noisier and dustier. We tell you in advance what each day involves, and we clear offcuts and tidy up before leaving.
There is no single answer: it depends on the number of rooms, the material, and whether old flooring has to come up or the base needs levelling. After the visit we give you a rough schedule per stage, and the work can be split across separate days so some rooms stay usable.
Yes, we visit apartments and compound units as well as villas. In apartments, vinyl, SPC and bedroom carpet are the usual requests, and we check door clearances and any building rules before fitting. Owners refreshing several units can read our project solutions page.
Yes, samples come with the free site visit so shades and textures can be judged under your own lighting, beside your furniture. That matters most in a refit, where the new floor has to suit walls and furnishings that are already there — not a catalogue photo.
Send photos of the rooms you want to update and we will book a free visit with samples and measuring.
