Who uses the space — children, guests, worshippers, staff? The answer shapes the material more than the colour does.

Who we are
A flooring partner from first sample to final fit
We are a Riyadh team focused on one thing: making sure every space ends up with a floor that suits it. We supply the materials and install them with fitters who know the details of family homes, majlis rooms (the traditional reception rooms for guests), mosques, offices and gardens.
Many people come to us unsure how carpet compares with vinyl, or parquet with artificial grass, in everyday use. Our job is to explain calmly and let you decide. We do not sell a roll and disappear — we stay until the room is handed back clean and ready.

Behind the name
What does “Tiraz Najd” mean?
Tiraz (طراز) means style, pattern or design in Arabic — the word you would use for a modern or a traditional look. It also carries a deeper story from Islamic textile history, where tiraz were the woven or embroidered bands that decorated fine fabrics, often bearing inscriptions and delicate ornament.
Najd is the heart of the Arabian Peninsula, the central plateau where Riyadh stands. Together the two words say what we care about: an eye for pattern and craft inherited from the art of weaving, and a firm sense of place — the homes, mosques and climate we know well.

How we work
Listen, measure, advise, supply, fit, care
The same six stages for every job, from a single bedroom to a full prayer hall.
Measure
We measure on site ourselves, noting corners, doorways, stairs and the state of the subfloor, so there are no surprises on fitting day.
Advise
We suggest what suits the room and the budget, and say so plainly if the floor you had in mind is wrong for the job.
Supply
The agreed quantity is prepared to the right sizes, with rugs cut to custom dimensions where needed.
Fit
Tidy, careful fitters who respect family privacy at home, prayer times at the mosque and working hours at the office.
Care
We explain how to clean and look after your new floor, and stay a message away after handover.

What we stand for
Four promises we keep on every job
No grand slogans — just a quote you can understand, advice you can trust, and a space left tidier than we found it.
- Clear quotes: material, quantity and installation spelled out, with no vague line items.
- Honest advice: which floor suits which space, even when that is the cheaper option.
- Tidy installation: straight edges, clean seams and all offcuts taken away.
- Respect: for the privacy of homes, the dignity of mosques and the schedules of offices.

Questions about Tiraz Najd
Do you only sell flooring, or install it too?
We do both. We help you choose, measure the space, supply the right quantity and have our own fitters install it and leave the room clean. We also explain how to care for the new floor, and you can reach us with any question after handover.
Is the inspection really free, and am I committed to buy?
Inside Riyadh the visit is free. We bring samples, measure and answer your questions, then send a quote. You are free to accept it, compare it or take your time — there is no obligation. We would rather you choose with confidence.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the city of Riyadh, in every direction. If you are on the outskirts or outside the city, call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you what we can arrange for your location. Lines are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.
How do I ask for a price?
Send photos, rough measurements and the type of floor you have in mind, if any, by WhatsApp or phone. We reply with options that suit your use and budget, then book a free visit. Our contact page lists every way to reach us.
Do you work with contractors and interior designers?
Yes. We work with contractors and design studios on homes, offices and mosques, providing samples, helping with quantities and coordinating installation around other trades on site. Our project solutions page explains how we handle larger commercial jobs.
