Flooring Supply and Installation for Contractors in Riyadh

A contractor needs a supplier who keeps to quantities, samples and dates, and who understands the order of site works. Here is how we work with residential and commercial contractors, from quantity take-off to phased delivery and installation.

Scope

What we cover for contractors

We work with homes, villas, offices, schools and clinics. For bulk buying see also wholesale flooring supply, which covers the purchasing side, while this page covers the site workflow.

Supply only

We deliver material to site if you have your own fixing crew.

Supply and install

We handle laying, skirting and trims under technician supervision.

Take-offs and quantity schedules

We calculate quantities from plans or a site survey and add a suitable waste allowance.

Samples for approval

Samples go to the owner or consultant before the final order.

Phased delivery

We deliver by site stage so materials do not pile up.

After-handover service

We leave spare stock for future repairs and arrange snag fixes.

Process

From order to handover: how we work with a contractor

We keep the route clear and in writing, which protects both parties and avoids misunderstandings on site.

Stage one: pricing

We receive plans, a quantity schedule or make a visit, then issue an offer stating the material, area, what is included and what is not. Before comparing offers read vinyl price factors and carpet price factors.

Stage two: approval

We submit samples and product data and wait for the owner or consultant to approve before confirming the order.

Stage three: scheduling

We agree delivery dates with the project manager based on floor readiness and completion of painting and electrical work.

Stage four: execution

Our crew goes to site, checks the base, then lays and hands over rooms in sequence. For preparation see floor preparation and levelling.

Sequence

The on-site work sequence for a contractor

  1. Take over the site

We confirm the base is ready and painting and electrics are finished.

  2. Check and level

Flatness and moisture checks, then fixing any defects.

  3. Bring in material

Unload and let the material acclimatise in the rooms before laying.

  4. Lay and trim

Install room by room, then fit skirting and trims.

  5. Clean and hand over

Clean the rooms and hand over after snag fixes.

Coordination

Coordinating flooring with other trades

The floor comes at the end of a long chain of works, and any delay or clash shows up on it. We coordinate with the contractor on three points.

Painting and joinery

Painting and door fitting should finish before the floor goes down, and door heights be settled early. Skirting is fitted after laying; see skirting and trims.

Air-conditioning and electrics

Running the air-conditioning before installation stabilises the building’s humidity and temperature, which matters especially for parquet and vinyl.

On-site storage

We agree a dry, suitable spot to keep materials so they are not affected by damp or stacking. Vinyl and parquet need proper acclimatisation before laying.

Traffic over the floor

After installation we protect the floor with boards or covers if other works continue in the space.

Quality

How we keep to the specification

We refer back to the approved sample at each delivery and match the batch before handover, since batch differences are among the most common causes of snags on projects. We also photograph stages, record snags and fix them before final acceptance.

We do not quote warranty figures or specifications the manufacturer has not proved; instead we agree in writing what the offer covers.

  • Match each batch to the approved sample
  • Document photos and snags
  • Agree inclusions and exclusions in writing
