We work with contractors, designers and building owners, and each type has a page explaining its specification and uses. Start from project solutions or the category that concerns you.

| Take-off | We calculate areas with a suitable waste allowance for each type | Confirmation of areas or approval of our take-off |
| Samples | We send or show samples for approval | The designer’s or owner’s selection and approval |
| Quotation | We prepare a written quote listing items and quantities | Review and confirmation |
| Delivery schedule | We agree delivery batches to match site progress | Dates when the site is ready |
| Fitting (optional) | We fit with specialist teams, or supply only | Confirmation of the scope of work |
Prices and dates are set once the specification and quantities are known; we do not quote figures before that.
An accurate quantity and a consistent batch are among the best protections for a project.
What hurts most in a flooring project is a shortfall in the last room, or a colour difference between two batches. So we look after these from the start. For smaller jobs and quick site visits, see our flooring near you in Riyadh page. If the budget is tight, our budget flooring options guide outlines the alternatives.
We allow for waste by type, pattern and the shape of the areas: simple rectangular rooms need less than patterns and many corners. To measure yourself, read how to measure your room.
In carpet and vinyl the colour can vary slightly from one production batch to another, so where possible we supply the quantity from a single batch, say what should be ordered together, and keep pieces of the approved sample for matching.
We send samples for approval, best judged under the actual site lighting because colour shifts between lights. We also explain the product specifications available from the manufacturer.
We ask about the base floor, whether tiles, screed or concrete, and whether it will be levelled before laying, because that decides the product, the fitting method and the final cost.
Rolls and cartons need a dry covered place on site. We arrange receiving times with the contractor so work is not held up.

Carpet tiles for open areas, with the ability to replace one damaged tile without redoing the whole zone.

Mosque carpet in sizes that suit the hall and prayer lines, cut to the mosque plan.

Sheet vinyl in a neutral pattern for large areas with few joints and easy cleaning.
We write the approved items and quantities into a written quote after your agreement.
We split deliveries into batches matching site progress and storage space.
We arrange receiving with the contractor or building management and check that items match.
Fitting teams work to the schedule once the base floor is ready.
We inspect and hand over, leaving the spares needed for any later maintenance.
Send the drawing or bill of quantities on WhatsApp, and we will agree the types and samples with you and prepare a written quote after review or an inspection.
The clearer the information, the more accurate and quicker the quote. At the start it is enough to send the project type and its location in Riyadh, the rough areas or the drawing, the types wanted, the expected delivery date, and whether you want supply only or fitting too.
If you have specifications from the designer or consultant, send them as they are and we will compare them with what is available and flag any differences before approval. We arrange an inspection visit in Riyadh when the base floor needs checking.

When the first and last deliveries are needed and how much storage the site has.
Who receives and checks the items and signs for conformity.
Whether there are designer or owner specifications that must be followed.
A reserve quantity for matching colour in any later replacement.
