The district doesn’t change the standard of work, but it does change what people ask for and what we arrange before arriving.
Compounds and apartments
Similar units and a management office that controls access. We arrange entry in advance and lean towards quick-fit vinyl and SPC planks, with matching colours across units where needed.
Commercial streets
Shops, offices and clinics that hate closing. We fit after hours by arrangement and suggest office carpet tiles or hard-wearing vinyl; bigger jobs follow our project process.

Before we arrive
A short checklist for a quicker, more accurate visit
The visit goes faster, and the quote comes out more precise, when the floor is visible and the main decisions are clear. You don’t need to have chosen a material — that is what we are there for — but knowing which rooms are in scope and in what order lets us suggest options that fit your budget. - Save photos of designs or colours you like
- Rank the rooms by priority
- Arrange a gate or building pass if required
After you approve: delivery and fitting at your address
Fitting dates depend on the property. In villas we usually start with the rooms that can be cleared first and plan how long rolls come in without folding them or marking walls. In apartment blocks we respect the building’s quiet hours and protect the lift and corridors. Shops and offices are done outside opening hours where possible, and every job ends with offcuts taken away.
Questions about visits across Riyadh
Is the site visit free in every part of Riyadh?
Yes. Inside the city the visit is free whether it is a villa, an apartment, a mosque or an office. We measure, show samples and answer your questions, then send a written quote — and the visit doesn’t commit you to ordering anything.
My district isn’t listed. Do you still cover it?
The list is a sample, not a boundary. WhatsApp us your district and property type and we will book a visit like anywhere else. We add district pages over time, but the service never depends on whether a page exists.
Do I need to visit a showroom to choose?
No. We bring samples suited to your request to the site, so you choose with them lying on your floor in your own lighting. If you would like to see more options first, ask for sample photos on WhatsApp before the visit.
Can you visit gated compounds and office buildings?
Yes — just arrange our entry pass with compound or building management before the appointment. In office buildings we also agree lift use and delivery times with management, so the installation itself runs smoothly later on.
Can one visit cover several floor types?
Yes, and it is common in villas: carpet for the majlis, parquet for bedrooms, artificial grass on the roof. We measure each area and combine everything into one quote, which you can carry out together or in stages to suit your budget.
