Before the visit
How does the inspection work and what do we prepare?
The work steps are alike in every district; what changes is the building. For estimating area read how to measure your room.
We do not make claims about each district here, because buildings in one district range from a modern villa to an old house to an apartment block. What matters to us is what we see on your site: the current floor, the size of rooms and the condition of the walls.
What we ask before the visit
We ask the district name, the type of place (apartment, villa, office or mosque) and what you want to change, and ask for photos of the current floor if possible. This shortens the visit and makes the quote more accurate.
The existing floor
In older buildings we sometimes find an uneven floor, loose tiles or old damp. We check for these and tell you whether levelling or removal is needed before laying, rather than surprise you during the work. The preparation details are in vinyl installation in Riyadh.
Villas and apartments
In villas and apartments we work out how planks and rolls get in through lifts and corridors and whether there are several floors, so we do not misjudge the time. For larger buildings or projects, our supply service is described in wholesale flooring supply in Riyadh.
Samples and the quote
We show you samples of suitable materials, work out quantities from the measurements and give a clear quote stating what the work includes. We do not invent prices before inspection, because price depends on area, material and the condition of the floor.
Timing the work
We agree a date that suits you once you accept the quote, explain the expected time for the area and arrange the work to keep disruption to your home or office low.

Tip
How to save time before the inspection
Photograph each room from its four corners, take a close-up of the floor by the door and along the walls, and measure the room’s length and width roughly. Note which furniture can be moved and what stays.
If there is an old floor, say what it is and whether you want it removed. This helps us bring the right samples and answer more precisely.
